Flag Football

Flag Football is so much fun at the Hampshire Dome for all ages.  Our partnership with the NFL has allowed us to build a program that is full of great uniforms, great competition, and great fun!!!

Our leagues for all ages are 5 on 5 NO CONTACT.

Youth Leagues

U10 Coed 5 on 5                         U12 Coed  5 on 5

U14 Coed 5 on 5

Adult Leagues

High School Coed 5 on 5                   

Men’s Open 5 on 5                 Coed Open 5 on 5

• $95 per player for youth leagues which covers the uniform and belts for the players as well.
• $95 per player for adult leagues which covers the uniform and belts as well.
• 7 weeks per session
• Games are held on the weekends for most ages.  We do not hold practices for these leagues.
• Refs are volunteers from local Semi-Pro Football team.
• Coaches are parent volunteers so please let us know if you are interested in helping out.
• Payment due in full prior to start of season.
